With the establishment of the senior team in the 2007/8 season, the youth department of Hapoel Usishkin Tel Aviv was also re-founded.
In a short time, the youth department became one of the largest and highest quality in the country, while ensuring a high level of trainers both on the professional level and on the educational level.
Today, the club's youth department has 22 league teams ranging from along with more than 500 children from kindergarten to 4th grade who train as part of the club's basketball school.
